- RETURNS AND REFUNDS -
1.The free cardholder that you received with your replica must also be returned,in the original plastic holder and not damaged,if you return your replica for refund.

2. There are no returns on special order items. This includes all 1400 SERIES ITEMS. In the event an item is defective it will be replaced.

3. All other parts and accessories have a 30-day money back guarantee and are also covered by limited warranties from the manufacturers. The free Hold The Phone, Cell Phone Holder that you received with your original order must also be returned, unopened and not damaged, if you return any one product from your original order for refund.

4. Items in packages which are defaced, greasy, painted, oily, crushed, torn, dirty, punctured or written on may not be eligible for a full refund. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

5. No refunds without invoice. All returns must be sent prepaid. We cannot accept collect shipping charges.
